We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Regarding the activated device, if there is no artificial damage, we also accept a refund

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thinkcarus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Procedure

A standard procedure of return and refund are below:

Step 1: Buyer files a refund request with sufficient proof of purchase.

Step 2: Contact the customer service (support@thinkcarus.com), and agree after negotiation.

Step 3: Buyer returns the product with all accessories and original packaging at buyer's cost.

Step 4: THINKCAR receives & inspects buyer's returned product.

Step 5: THINKCAR initiates a refund to the buyer.

Step 6: Buyer receives the refund.

Situations Not Covered

A refund cannot be provided under these situations:

  • Insufficient proof of purchase Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  • Lost or stolen product(s).
  • 30-day period expired.
  • Products obtained for free or from giveaways.
  • Damage caused by third-party repair
  • External factors(fire, flood, outage, chemical corrosion, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse of products (falls, extreme temperatures, water submersion, improper operation, )

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you a brand new product..

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About expense

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Transport damage

If we receive your returned product and find that the goods are damaged in transportation or other damage, and you are not insured, part of the loss will be deducted from your payment according to the degree of loss, otherwise we have the right to reject it. Therefore, please be sure to check the zero before returning the product. Whether the parts are complete, and whether there is any loss, please insure before returning the goods, we will contact you in time if there is any problem.
