T261 TPMS tool is great but you need to do a firmware update out of the box fixes issue with tool on day one. 1.0 version to 2.0 version update needed. Dollarfix app is trash is the main issue with the tool does not work on Mucar app at all will not work no activation code like other Mucar tools have because it's setup mostly for dollarfix app. Some reason Mucar treats this tool differently than any other tool in their ecosystem. Even the thinkcar version of this tool which is the same thing does not use dollarfix app. Hopefully Mucar adds it to Mucar app and discontinues the use of dollarfix app with the social media platform added to it for no reason. Hope this helps someone use the tool better and understand the issues with it before buying. I would give it five stars if they discontinue using dollarfix app. Also dollar fix does nothing about the tool and would guide you in the wrong direction. They told me there was no need to manually do a firmware update on the dollar fix app. The dollar fix app is the only place you could get the firmware update, the firmware update, fixes, charging issues and multiple other issues. So clearly the developers at dollarfix has no idea about this product and how it should work. Which is another big point of why it shouldn't be on this platform.
