“Great customer service”
I had purchased the Thinkcar 689BT last year from Mythinkcar.com and everything went smoothly. I had some questions and their customer service were professional and helpful. I recently purchased their TKEY 101 Key Programmer and I accidentally put in the wrong email address. I didn’t receive any purchase confirmation or tracking information due to my error. Again, customer service was very helpful and it looks like I will receive that item on Monday. I only wish there was a way to call a real person on the phone. But the text chat feature does work well enough.
