    Terrible 1 use and now dead! Buy a new one is there response

    Do not buy they will not fix my mini that would not work after 1 use. The lithium battery will not charge if its charge gets to low. Support will mess you around and leave you hanging.

    Bought this a year ago and when I go to use it again there's no power. Saw someone on YouTube with a video asking for help with the same issue and more in comments.
    I reach out to support and after 4 days back and forth this is the reply.
    "Since your device is out of warranty, you need to purchase the battery and pay the shipping fee. In this case, we recommend that you purchase a new device directly. We can give you a 20% discount."

    I have no confidence in this the second Odb2 reader from them, send me the battery I can replace it. There is a design issue here in that once the lithium battery goes below a certain voltage the BMS will not let the battery charge.
    No wonder Amazon has removed this reader.
