MUCAR DRIVERSCAN

Mucar drivescan is very useful tool it help a lot to se trouble codes.it is very usefull for me and i recmind to buy small or meduim workshops.

First let me say that this is not my first or only bi-directional scan tool. While I don't have the luxury of owning a several thousand dollar snap-on tool I've used a multitude of others. The Mucar app is very good, and constantly gets updated. The amount of power that this thing possesses is incredible. It's what I was expecting when I bought a $400 Innova scan tool which ended up being little more than a code reader. The bi-directional functions were a joke. On a 2019 Ford fusion titanium The things I was able to do such as turning on one single fog light and not the other rolling up windows tweaking the audio system and a ton more was exactly why I wanted a bidirectional scan tool. Of course at first I just wanted to play with all the things that it could do but then that same fusion had an intermittent TPMS light and it was able to use Driverscan to figure out it was just a loose wire and not the sensor. It already paid for itself on that one repair. Older vehicles have less functionality but even on a 2006 Honda Civic I was able to do several bi-directional test in addition to the service functions. I have yet to try the ABS bleed but that's my next endeavor coming up this weekend. I really have little doubt this little dongle will be up to the task. The only downside that I have noticed at all so far was when leaving it plugged in to the OBD port came out 3 days later mind you to an almost dead battery. It's very possible that the Driverscan had nothing to do with it and I was just a bonehead and left a light on or something. I was initially a little turned off by the fact that you had to renew a subscription every year however after using this thing it's a little price to pay for continuous updates, and different manufacturers are updated all the time. I also really like the feature that if there's a bug you can immediately send a notice to Driverscan to let them know about it. I would rate this 6 out of 5 stars, it really is that impressive. I had already been eyeballing some of the tablet style topped on diagnostic tools specifically the Phoenix and after this experience I don't think I could go wrong. It's not perfect but no scan tool on this planet is but maybe with some updates this one could be.

This isn't a 3000$ scan tool but it works comparably to many more expensive options. Updates come frequently and offer more usability. I have been very please with it, helped me diagnose a failing MAP sensor that wasn't throwing a code, and I have found a small deadspot in my TPS. Real time data is fast and updates instantly as it should.

It is a very wonderful device that is characterized by the special functions and software that workshop and car owners need, in addition to being of the excellent type, and also providing technical support service and a reasonable price.
