The most significant difference between thinkdiag and thinkdiag2 is CAN FD protocols. Thinkdiag2 has a built-in CAN FD protocol. It is the only product in this price range that is compatible with CAN-FD protocol and supports the latest GM vehicles manufactured after 2020. Adopts advanced CRC algorithms to accommodate more data from 8 to 64 bytes in the CAN frame, which runs faster than other products, and reduces the risk of undetected errors to enhance the user experience significantly.

I love my Thinkdiag 2! Upgraded from a vGate icar 2 and the possibilities are endless. This is most definitely the best scanner for the average mechanic or technician.

I ordered an item and want to return it but it doesn't work for me but your team tells me that I have to pay $400 even though I don't have to pay anything when I return it. Despite three weeks I've been talking to them and haven't found a solution yet.

After one week the thinkdia2 can not communicate with cars , I tried to diagnosis with two Honda and one Toyota I did check the pins of connectors is ok also the leds works and the thinkdiag connect with my smartwatch through bluetooth. Please tell me what I have to do . Thank you
